Below you will find help on how to use this site, including
the checkout process and the customer account area.
How to find a print
You can find your ideal print, poster or canvas in a number of different ways:
1) By using the categories on the left
2) By using the search facility at the top of every page
3) By clicking on the 'related products' link that appears on most product descriptions
Adding an item to the basket
Once you have chosen which print you would like, please choose which size you would
like from the drop down box. Most prints, posters and canvases come in different
sizes. However a certain number are one size only. Once you have chosen the size,
please click 'Add To Basket'.
When you have added an item to the basket you will automatically be taken to the
basket page (don't worry, you can still continue shopping for great prints). Within
the basket page you can increase (or decrease) the amount you would like, remove
all together, or proceed to the checkout. If you would like to continue shopping,
please use once again the links on the left or the search facility.
Registering
When you have added all the products you would like to the basket and proceeded
to the checkout, you will then come to the login page.
If you are a returning customer, simply enter your login details. If you have forgotten
your password then we will send you it to your designated email address
If you are a new customer you will need to register.
We appreciate that registering as a customer before you pay can be an annoyance
for some people. However we feel that the pros of this far out weigh the cons. For
example, once you have registered the first time, you will no longer need to re-enter
all the same information such as name and billing/shipping address etc. You simply
login as an existing user with the details that you supplied.
You can even get to create your own password. No more having to remember a computer
generated one!
The customer account area (My Account)
Within this section you can add a new address, edit an existing address, change
your login password and email. You can also change you name and telephone number.
Adding a new address
To add a new address login and click on 'Edit My Account'. You will now be on the
page where you can edit your name and password. Scroll down and click on 'Add New
Address'. Add a new address and click 'Submit'. The new address will now appear at
the bottom of the proceeding page.
You can now continue to checkout.
How to pay
Once you have arrived at the checkout page you will be able to select a card address
and also a delivery address. Once you are happy please click 'Please proceed to
Payment' where you will be taken to the PayPal payment page where you can pay for
your items.
